    This absolut gorgious....thx so much. I am a beginnen on the floor loom and this makes it much easier for me. And it is perfectly clearly showen

    Hi Jette, lovely videos. I am just starting to learn weaving on a counterbalance loom with only 4 pedals. I have trouble finding videos for this kind of loom and I see you have almost the same kind of loom. Mine I believe is a Scandinavian one from about 1950. Do you know where I can get more information about how I should tie the treadles and the pedals please?

    no wonder weaving was at the basics of the computer!!! Smart people who can weave patterns on a mechanical loom..........

    Another advantage of walking the treadles is being able to hit both the 1/3 or 2/4 shafts with one foot when you're switching to tabby with a direct tie-up loom.
