once a remake comes out, the game will pretty much fade into obscurity tho. The only games that die like that are multiplayer ones like COD or Overwatch. Although a single-player game can only be experienced once, they’re remembered forever. Remakes take the game you love and bring the presentation up to another level. Look at how happy Ghastation was for Echoes to understand.
This animation is so simple but so beautiful and probably the best of all the memes that came out of this, not even from the standpoint of someone who loves FE4. I never played, but man I really wish there was a remake now. All the little things added to give each character ....character and references to the game. How my soul is destroyed everytime I see Sigurd disappear in red or Finn rolling down the mountain frantically after all that had happened and the three main sons of Quan, Eldigan and Sigurd turning into them for a split second is just so beautiful. The music itself is tragic and fits with the theme of Genealogy. All and all an amazing video and I hope to see a remake soon!!! Three Houses I feel may be heralding this.
I’m currently doing a FE 4 play through and this is just great. Although I’d really like to know why TH-cam sends me this melancholic stuff at 3 & 4 am.
This just makes me wish that there was competitive hill tumbling, and we could rig up like massive treadmills that would let people fall long periods of time at a specific rate of speed so there wouldn't be any surprises, allowing for maneuvers.
