My favourite method to catch carp this season has been waggler fishing as close in as I can get the carp, using luncheon meat hook bait over 2 mm pellets and balls of an active groundbait. It was great seeing you using groundbait in this video.
Great video FIX. Favourite tactics in the summer is off the top with a floater. And winter it's a Bright Wafter with a pellet mesh bag attached to the hook.
Cracking video yet again Shaun, well done on avoiding the blank 👍 My fav method is margin fished floating bait, very exciting fishing, and you can select what fish you catch a lot of the time. Keep up the great work buddy 👍
My favourite way of fishing is like you said in the video, stick yo what you know works! A spod mix of crushed bug, bug Pellets and hemp with a handful of S7 dumbells. Fished over the to with a dumbell wafter or an evo hookbait. Everywhere I go it works! Another great video mate! 👍

Hi mate, my favourite method is solid bags in the margins.. they've been very productive for me and helped me get my pb. Great video, look forward to more content 🙌🏽🎣
Favourite tactic fishing close in over particles with a pop up running lead bow tight line back leaded with a heavy back lead mainline in line clip runs are savage Oh and yet another great video, I love Tuesday's 😊
My favourite method for catching carp is a simple running rig with a cage feeder and chunks of meat or corn. Super effective! I've also just started using garden peas as bait, both on the hook and on a hair rig - so far so good...and it looks great in the groundbait mix too.
Bookie bottom bait match the hatch, feels like such a win when I catch that way because I must have got everything just right. Stalking is fun and great action but pulling one up from the deep is my favourite buzz. Thanks for sharing your experiences and keep up the great work, tight lines and wet nets bud 👌🏻🎣👍🏻
Favourite tactic involves ground bait but right at the margin almost at your feet, once they’re in there feeding either a surface bait or free line sinking, occasionally as you did in the video with a mesh bag. Have had many good sessions doing this.
My favourite way to fish is to wander around the lake and spot bubbles, I then use a 1oz lead with a rig with plastic corn on and just wait. Had lots of success with this method

Hi mate I’ve always wondered this… at 2:02 when you was walking towards the camera, does it get annoying having to place the camera down then having to walk away from it, to then walk towards it again with your kit like in the shot at that time if that makes sense?
It’s only annoying if you don’t enjoy creating content. Most people give up making content as they don’t enjoy the process, they just seek ‘fame’. I love playing around with camera angles, trying different transitions and styles of filming the session. The filming is as important to me now as the actual fishing. I spend more time filming, than I do actually fishing, it’s just the way it works if you want to make interesting videos. If I’m doing a short session like this one, it took me about 30mins filming from the van to the swim…before I even got a rod out the bag! So I lose lots of time just documenting what I’m doing. It’s amazing that I catch on some days as I have such little time with rods in the water! But I’m very active, always trying to get a bite in-between the filming. If you ever see me on the bank, I rarely sit in my chair other than to sip a coffee….its not for everyone, I used to catch loads more fish before my TH-cam days….but I enjoy the process!
My favourite method is a scattering of boilies and the original hair rig with the lightest running leads i can get away with using a stringer or small bag. Very few people do this, especially the original hair. The advantage of the long hair is bream and tench don't tend to hook themselves as the hook never gets inside their mouth. 👍👍👍
Favourite method is stalking with dog discuits for me, can't beat seeing the fish approach and wonder will they/won't they. BTW my preferred rods are also 9 foot 2.75lb TC as they suit the waters I usually (margin) fish.
Prefer simple boilie tactics if the situation calls for it, but also happy to fish singles or over a mix if needed. Cracking video yet again 👍 It does seem like groundbait is out of fashion, sure it will all come round again and everyone will eill jump on the latest bandwagon. Also hope Hugh is doing ok, noticed he has not been on the latest videos, keep the great stuff coming
