These sessions about battling tricks and working towards a goal are just so satisfying to watch. Also I am losing weight by just watching you sweat so much. 🤣 In all seriousness this is such good cardio and so good for your body, except your knees of course. But every other part of your body benefits tremedously.

Tip to climbing fences... Walk up to the gate, and act puzzled as to why it's locked.. the hop the lower part of he fence if there is one with eaze (confidence) lol
