@@doddggee Not always true, they had literally multiple good dishes with different flavors that would high quality good but it was the one challenge when they actually had a good winning meal. The other ones that they do the last meal terrible.
It's the principle of it. I think once they had a stanford experiment where they examined the kids who chose to resist 3 oreos for only 1 oreo. In the end, the kids who were able to resist the temptation of the 3 oreos for the one got much further in life.

All of those dishes were tempting, but I would have had the hardest time with that first egg tempura bowl. It's the dish I found most intriguing when I watched the anime. Times like this, I wish the game were occasionally set up so that contestants could choose their winning dish(es) out of the ones they resisted.

Darius and Dionte were so funny. They didn't even hesitate to eat the food :D even when the squid came, it seems like Darius just ate the first part and was poking at the second piece waiting for the camera to turn off :P They must have been so hungry :D
