It's amazing that you're doing this!!! I've struggled so many times when I was having weddings and other gigs with arrangements. That is going to be so helpful for many musicians, huge thanks to you!
Yeah it’s been interesting trying to decide where to start so I decided to start right at the beginning to make sure the series is accessible to everyone, we’ll see how it goes!
Good luck . You would be a good honest teacher. Curios , I don't play harp probably won't either . . When you say Key does that mean small harp to big harp . Do the strings hold there tune for long . Looks like a lot of strings to tune . I only worry about 6 and it's quite fast and easy to tune down fast Curious . 🤔Good luck with you're courses .
Thanks Stephen! I certainly do my best to be a good teacher. When it comes to key, harps are tuned in one scale and then you either have to use levers/pedals to play notes outside that scale, or retune if your harp doesn’t have any levers or pedals, which is a pain. Each string is tuned individually so yeah it takes a while :)
@@SamanthaBallard thanks was curios about that. You don't see pedals and levers makes sense to me..thanks for explaining it. . Beginners have it tough I'd say with tuning. 😉
Thanks for posting this! Your course is going to be an invaluable series for so many people & you're amazing for sharing your techniques. 💚

Thanks Olga! Yeah I feel like this is a very common problem that harpists have so I’m hoping this can be helpful for people!!
Excited to see how you will go about arranging at an in-depth level in the next videos! Cool series
