Some advise from The Netherlands (as we know a bit about cycling they say): * Should use the gears when you are on electric mode too. Driving off in a high gear might feel easy with the assistance on but still does put a lot of force on the motor, chain, cogwheels and rear axle. * I hope Markus did set the angle of the front light a bit down already, it should put the beam in front of the bike on the ground, having it straight forward it is blinding oncoming traffic (the symbol on the buttons (and in e.g. your car) does have the rays of light downwards for a reason). * And something (almost) all of you Brits have to learn is where to put your feet on the pedals. You need to put the front of your foot on the pedal, the ball and toes should be on the pedal, not the instep/bridge. You can set force on the pedals with your ball, putting force on the inkeep might feel natural but fill give you injuries and less power and ease to manoeuvre. If you watch a bicycle race, you see all cyclists with the balls of their feet on the pedals - there is reason for that. Also, when you walk, the force off your feet pushing you forward is off the ball, landing on the heel, the bridge/inkeep is not meant to put any force on and most walking/running injuries comes from problems with the inkeep (and why you need good shoes eventually with an extra innersole). Cycling isn't any different, stop putting the force on the "wrong" part of your feet. Hope Markus will have a lot of fun with it and helps him on his adventures.
59 year old here. I have a Specalized Levo Turbo e bike that I take in the mountains of Western Nevada US. These things just make it easier to get out.
Hi Martin, Looks a really solid bike and powerful too. Not sure if it would get up my hill though!! Great fun review I'm sure Cyrusher will be pleased. Great early christmas present for Marcus too!! All the best!!
How about taking the bike out on a ride around the the Pennine hills. It will give the bike a real test and some excitement for the rider. If it rides well it should be a good advertisement and would appeal to young riders to test their skills on accomplishing specific rides.
Martin not another crappy bike review ? Stop thinking about the money and start considering your audience who put you where you are for the brilliant videos you used to do ! Come on mate get back to what you and the team do best before you lose all your followers. These comments are not malicious just a genuine concern about where this channel is going 😞
Where do I begin. One bike review on a Wednesday afternoon and you have a mini meltdown. 300 + videos of the best stuff I can put out. Ellen road steam museum, the gasometer video. Nearly killed myself doing Stockport power station and you moan about the ‘direction’ the channel is going. Seriously pull yourself together. Talk about an over reaction. I have consistently since 2017 put out videos that aren’t easy content. I get the chance of a E bike and you come up with this comment. Get some sodding respect for the stuff I have done and quit the bloody criticism. It’s one video !!!
I'm all for the channel supporting itself by doing a quick promo now and again. If they sell that bike it would cover a good few team days out for proper videos. The team have done a good job of telling you what the video is rather than sneaking it into the middle of a regular video so just scroll by and ignore it. For me, I could listen to Martin and he friends talking about anything No interest in the bike but I've watched it anyway as the friendship radiates warmth which we need at the moment.

That's a good machine. Martin, that is how a sponsorship video should be done. Thanks for a great and informative video.
Thanks Robert. Can't resist a nice E bike, they are great.
Make 'em give you a couple more for the rest of the crew and then do a sponsored cycle trip video out to something!
We've had two off Cyrusher now. So hoping for more 👍🏻👍🏻
Thats a super little bike. Cyrusher are very generous.
