im pretty sure on dixie dog mission, u can get early cutscene if ure close enough to the dog, that's how i got the il wr years ago (it's taken down now bc my old youtube account was hacked back then), not sure if it's consistent, haven't tested it ever

I've tried that in all missions runs and never got it, my theory is that it only works in mission replays

I've always been told that this does not work in All Missions for some reason. Maybe IL only. but ty.
