    I just ordered the wood oven 12 inch yesterday after seeing your videos. Can't wait to try it!

      @@UkuleleJayBBQI regret not buying the dual oven with gas burner attachment. The wood pellet oven is absolutely not worth it. If you have a ton of extra time to waste trying to keep those wood pellets burning and keeping the temp up then sure it's ok. Not to mention the nasty soot on the pizza dough.But definitely not worth it to me and if I didn't order the gas attachment, it would be a waste of money. So for anyone wanting this oven, save yourself the aggravation and buy the gas version.

      @@skye1263 thanks for the input. I usually am using gas as I suggested to the company to eliminate that pellet door in back as that is one thing I thing that creates that soot from too much oxygen but do agree I would always recommend a gas version. The Outdoor 4-1 real wood oven/bbq pizza cooker is what I like for just wood. I think plain wood is much better.

    Good information but the music was pretty loud for me. Other than that great review.

      Yes these were my "rookie" videos ;-) Hopefully the "new videos" are better. TH-cam was doing some strange things with audio on uploads but I have that all adjusted now. Thanks for watching. Funny enough you commented on this today. I just received a new pizza oven (have two coming) to review that have rotating stones inside you can rotate manually during the cook. Never have seen anything like that but those reviews will be coming out in the next week or so.

    This is a great video! I was curious, their website says it reaches 750F but you say up to 900F? Is the higher temperature easy to achieve?

    • @UkuleleJayBBQ
      @UkuleleJayBBQ  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you let it go long enough yes. Most people do not wait long enough. You never need over 650-700 unless you are doing true, authentic Neopolitan dough.

    Can you bake using propane with the door off? very excellent video

    • @UkuleleJayBBQ

      Absolutely. I have baked with the door on. Lowest setting is actually about 300-350 I think and it worked perfect. Super steady heat!

      Jay always gives great information. He has helped me so much with the 12” forte gas. These ovens are high quality at a low price. They can’t be beat. Thanks to the advice I received from Jay about a month ago I often cook with the door off using propane it just takes 20-30 seconds longer but still bake perfectly.

    Nice. Question I do have the 12 with the gas attachment and was wondering if I can attach the gas burner of the 12 to the 16in if I upgrade ? Are the burners the same size? Thanks

      They are both excellent. Cooks the same so if you know the 12” then the 16” is identical. Nice to have two for pizza parties.

    Jay is the gas propane burner the same size on the 16” as the 12” ? I have the 12” and if it is I can buy the wood version of the 16” forte and interchange the propane burner. It will nice to have both sizes. Hope you have a great 4th of July🎇

      Looks like it but I believe that gas jet may be adjusted differently so I am not sure. I can ask and see if they are the same.
