Tuipolotu was onside, there’s an obscure rule that a retiring player is put back onside if the opposition kicks

Scotland did not let Australia settle on the ball and stifled many attacks. Tuipolotu was not offside that is an excuse for a very poor kick decision at that moment in time. Both teams left chances unfinished on the field. Scotland's backs are really good and showed their class as did Scotland's back row. You also need to count the number of missed tackles from Australia.

Think you were far too forgiving of Lolesio. Tone was set when he made a mistake at kick off in minute 1.
His overall kicking out of hand was extremely poor. He is poor in defence and I'm not a fan of hiding a 10 on the wing, as lethal finishers tear them apart and his poor D saw him complicit in three Scottish tries

3mins in to a 20min podcast, starts with a whinge. 0 accountability. 0 critical analysis. Has to be a refs poor decision. Never change Christy

By a country mile, flyhalf is our weakest position. I don't think Lolesio or Donaldson are the answer

This feels like you've grabbed an excuse from every page of the bumper book of excuses. You played England and Wales and they are the two worst teams in UK. You played Scotland, who are second best, and were beaten comfortably. Just admit it - there's no shame in being beaten by a better side.
