Smile Residences by SMDC | SM City Bacolod Condo Project in Focus

In today’s project in focus video, I’ll be sharing with you a condo project by SMDC - Smile Residences. Smile Residences was launched on January 2020, and is expected to be completed in 2024. It is located in the City of Smiles Bacolod City, just across SM City Bacolod. It’s a 3-tower, 10-storey high project that will developed on 2.4 hectares of land. Aside from being just across SM Mall, the top floor units will also have unobstructed views of the Bacolod sunset.

Hi ding, if you're referring to the bank monthly amortization- the maximum loan term for most banks is 20 years. Although some banks have 25-30 years now. So the longer the loan term, the lesser then monthly amort.
