A lot of advisers treat techs like shit especially the lower level technician
It's interesting to me to see this perspective. At my dealership, I'd say 4/18 of our techs are impossible to work with. Just rude, greedy, and condescending. Those 4 are the only ones our advisors don't get along with. The rest of the techs have very friendly relationships with our advisors. I've never once witnessed an advisor just being an asshole to a tech for no reason. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, I've definitely heard stories. It's just hard to imagine that dynamic being common.
