like a minute in already tearing up, I wish I had someone there for me when I was harassed as a kid, instead I didn't have anyone for years until very very recently, and now I'm being pushed into a situation where the threat of being alone with my abuser is always present, and I can't leave this situation because I'm not an adult yet and my parents don't believe me even telling me it's my fault what happened to me
I almost got SA'd by my teammate in Jr high. I was hiding under a bench as he threw bookbags at me and then pulled his pants down, I was roughly two seconds away from being r-worded up my butt, then my friend pushed him away, the guy's response? "It's just a prank". I have never had anyone care for me like this and it really resonates with me. Beautiful job!
I just realized this was posted on my birthday- I was in a type of situation like this but I was on my own for it sadly. This is helping me with my anxiety. Thank you so much..
