As someone with tactile hypersensitivity, I have a very complicated relationship with touch starvation. On the one hand, I sometimes feel cuddle deprived and a bit lonely, especially when I haven't seen my family in a while. On the other hand, physical contact can be an almost painful sensation if I don't go about it just the right way or if someone else initiates it without proper warning. So yeah, complicated. 2:35 to 3:57 was very personal, and i felt it on several personal levels. I legimitely dont remember the last time someone held me. It have been years, and i am beyond terrorfied to ask any girl im friends with, to cuddle. Hell, any girl at all, at this point. The fear of being rejected is far greater than my desire for cuddling. And that desire for cuddling is an absolute torment for me.
One small silver lining for you (not to demean your problem at all obviously) is that at least you have the option of asking people. All I'll say about it
