wake up at 7? that's kinda great tbh. i havve bad habit where if i sleep after 1 am, i might as well just wake up at 3 pm. it's habit cycle that's hard to break :(
When I was 10, I got in the habit of getting up at 6 am. I had fun doing it so I do it now. I noticed however Now that I'm older I find it harder to do. But This school year I've been getting more consistent with waking up at about 5:45. I watch the sunrise and watch TV. I have 2 hours now until my homeschool at 9. Glad to see u picking this habit up.

I honestly really proud of you babe. Like waking up early not like usual is so hard. I have been sleeping late for such a long time and then last night i sleep early which is weird but yet good for me. So yeah i am happy that i am no longer sleeping in a day. I hate it when i start sleeping in a day because if i sleep in a day i will not able to sleep in the night. And it's not a good thing. So yeah the conclusion is i am proud of you and just remember the progress is worth it💗
Edit : btw i wake up early today!! Like between 6 and 7 am. I don't know what time is it exactly because i don't have my phone with me at that time so yeah peace out😉
