Bro I sleep at 4 so I don’t even know why would I wake up at 5 but I did once i worked out for like 30 mins or something brushed took a bath and i slept at 6 again woke up at 12pm and missed my classes
At home I'll have hot coffee with creamer but when I'm out, I get Tim Hortons iced caramel cappuccino. If you haven't tried it, you should. It's so good!!!!! The first sip, you'll be in love.
When I was 10, I got in the habit of getting up at 6 am. I had fun doing it so I do it now. I noticed however Now that I'm older I find it harder to do. But This school year I've been getting more consistent with waking up at about 5:45. I watch the sunrise and watch TV. I have 2 hours now until my homeschool at 9. Glad to see u picking this habit up.

Ive been getting up at 5am for 3 years now. Monday thru friday and it sucks
They go to bed at a reasonable time.Plenty of people do it every day
Bro I sleep at 4 so I don’t even know why would I wake up at 5 but I did once i worked out for like 30 mins or something brushed took a bath and i slept at 6 again woke up at 12pm and missed my classes

At home I'll have hot coffee with creamer but when I'm out, I get Tim Hortons iced caramel cappuccino. If you haven't tried it, you should. It's so good!!!!! The first sip, you'll be in love.

When I was 10, I got in the habit of getting up at 6 am. I had fun doing it so I do it now. I noticed however Now that I'm older I find it harder to do. But This school year I've been getting more consistent with waking up at about 5:45. I watch the sunrise and watch TV. I have 2 hours now until my homeschool at 9. Glad to see u picking this habit up.
