    I’ve been working at a hospital since I was 18, and the morning shifts had me waking up at 3:30 am for my 5 am shift!!! It was horrible. Anyways, I am almost 21 and honestly waking up early is probably one of the habits I am so proud of! I know it’s crazy 3 am, but your body will adjust to sleeping earlier as well! :)

      That sounds like no fun at all, I heard of stuff in the olden days where people got up at about 1:45 AM and started work at 2:30 AM for the day. I couldn't imagine doing that in winter! I usually get up for the day between 4 AM and 6 AM naturally.

    I wake up at 2.30 am every day
    This is what happened
    ✨I lose weight, skipping dinner is easy because I will sleep at 8 pm.(basically it is intermittent fasting)
    ✨My grades improved
    Morning Time is perfect time to study
    ✨I enjoyed my alone time alot
    ✨I did meditation, I didn't wanted to do but that morning vibe made me do and it felt good
    ✨ I got time to do my favourite things in day
    ✨I feel better about myself than before
    The thing help me to wake up is , I set daily alarm and challenged myself not to snooze alarm ever.
    Update after a year
    I got in to engineering school.
    I eat one meal a day (modified version of intermittent fasting, OMAD) . I used to sleep at 8 pm and wake up at 2.
    I still sleeps 6 hours a day, but i don't wake up at 2 am anymore. I moved to another city and i have classes till 6,so it's hard for me to sleep at 8 after doing my works.

      if you fall asleep at like 7pm-8pm u will defo wake up randomly at like 7am max, know this bc i have covid rn and am extremely tired constantly and fall asleep at the weirdest times when i usually went to sleep at 4 am and woke up at 6am and was fine 😭

    I’ve been waking up at 5am recently with some friends to workout and its honestly so peaceful and relaxing, and once you look back and see how much you have done you just feel so productive. And I find myself doing better in school which is pretty cool!

      I sleep 12 and wake up 3:30 for my exams and if u motivate urself on waking up yourself then definitely u can but u must have a goal so I do that then after coming from my exams I sleep lol

    If anyone is feeling bad about not being “productive”, seriously don’t be. Productivity now is forced onto young people and is portrayed in videos/in the media very differently than what it actually is. If you set these practically unreachable goals for yourself because you want to achieve this kind of lifestyle, you are most likely going to end up in a cycle of self hatred (for not living your life in this aesthetically pleasing, planned out way). So my advice to you is to just enjoy and experience the little things in life more to feel fulfilled...you don’t have to eat clean and be extremely productive to feel fulfilled. (Not intended as hate for Annie; her videos are great!)

    I started waking up at 4 recently because I have to study for my November IGCSE exams (my school is behind in the syllabus so I have to do it on my own now) and let me tell you IT IS LIFE CHANGING. I would wake up at 3 but for some reason those 3am videos got to me as a kid despite me knowing they were bogus bahaha. studying at 4 really helps you remember concepts and you are more alert at school

      @@sarahx3284 hey! I usually start my day when my alarm clock goes off ( i have two alarms haha) and then I check my phone and then after I've responded to texts and stuff I jump in the shower. After I get out of the shower I blowdry and straighten my hair. ( sometimes I curl it too) and then I get dressed ( with an already picked out outfit) and do my makeup. Then I make my breakfast ( usually a smoothie) and then I get my backpack and make sure my homework is all done and then I leave. I go to bed at 9:30. My screen time is usually two to three hours. ( ugh, that's a lot and it's kinda embarrassing). Lol, I hoped this helped! :)

      @@lilawebster1838 OMG GIRL. I could never wake up that early you are amaze. Having the discipline to go to sleep at 9:30 is amazing and 2-3 hours is NOT a lot at all trust me. Me and my friends all have screen times of 8-12 hours 😬 so yea ur amazing and I just wanted to let you know that your my new role model 😚

    I once tried a 2 AM waking up routine, the goal was to last a month. I lasted two weeks. I kept to the schedule pretty good, never let myself go back to sleep. I had lots of "me" time, I spent that working on art and working on an old story I started when I was 17. It wasn't all fun for me, though, I'd come home from work exhausted, just eat dinner and conk out. I had no meaningful social life (just a little bit on Saturday afternoon), and I had to repartition some of my Sunday cleaning to Monday and Tuesday. I eventually was miserable and so I went back to my usual routine of getting up between 4 AM and 5 AM in summer and between 5 AM and 6 AM in winter.

      Story time: in the beginning of the whole self quarantine I was sleep depriving myself to get my schoolwork done. There was 2 days in a row where I didn't wake up until 12pm! and 1 of those days my dad had to shoot a snake. How the hell did I not wake up?!?!
      The earliest I have woken up at was 4:45 which I did for 3 days. Put it this way I havent ever gotten up earlier that 5 now.

    Waking up at 3 AM is such a challenge for people who sleep late but I have been so much productive and organized , I am a day person too but for my health and my sleep schedule I sleep at 7:30 as a kid to be able to wake up at 5AM, but I will perfectly be able to wake up at 5AM even tho if I slept at midnight because I’m filled with energy all day and I’m always productive I even hate the world lazy I’ll never be lazy in my life even tho I used to but actually here is my morning routine:
    Wake up 5:00AM
    Change 5:03
    Brush teeth and wash face 5:07
    Workout 5:45
    shower, skin care etc 5:55
    Walk my dog 6:00
    Ik no one asked but this helped me so much so I wanted to help someone else who isn’t really organized
