- I am opening 240 packs ($2,500) of the new 2023 Panini Donruss Optic NFL Football Retail Blaster boxes and packs in search of an ultra-rare "Downtown" case-hit for our next collectible sports trading card pack unboxing/box break! Downtowns are extremely tough to pull in retail boxes as there are several inserts that can be a case-hit. Retail doesn't often contain the bigger ceiling cards, so these boxes are extra desirable for collectors who want to hunt big cards for a cheap price. Notable cards to chase include rare rookies of CJ Stroud, Opti-chrome rookie cards of the top players from the 2023 NFL Draft Class, ultra-rare SSP Downtown case-hit inserts (other SSPs include International Downtown, Super Bowl Downtown, Mythical, Blazers, Rookie Kings), on-card Rated Rookie RPS signatures, new rookie jersey parallels (1/1 Gold Vinyl, Gold /10, Blue Hyper in the First Year Fresh, Donruss Threads, & Rookie Phenoms sets), various SP parallels (Holo, Fire, Blue Glitter, Purple Shock), various inserts (Light it Up, Captain in Charge, Passing Grade, Rookie Recruits, Rookie Primary Colors, Hidden Potential, Diamond Hands, Best Tuddys, Play Action, Retro Series, My House!, Chain Reactions), autos/inserts of the NFL's top rookies/stars/legends/HOFers from multiple sets (Signature Series, Hash Marks), rare cards of CJ Stroud, Patrick Mahomes, Anthony Richardson, Josh Allen, Bryce Young, Travis Kelce, Puka Nacua, Justin Herbert, Will Levis, Lamar Jackson, Jordan Addison, Joe Burrow, Jahmyr Gibbs, Aaron Rodgers, & Bijan Robinson, and more! Well, because of the influx of “new people” and scalpers it’s impossible to find anything worth a fuck..if you’re trying to make money off of cards just go ahead and stop while you’re ahead lmfao..if you’re just in to collect then buy what ever you want…unless you have thousands and thousands to spend like Pac-Man then you probably won’t even break even…don’t understand why all these new tards think they are gonna buy a few box’s and make a profit 😂

Purchased a total of 8 blaster boxes of these…first 4 I pulled a Rookie Kings NJigba…2nd 4 blasters a week later I pulled a Downtown Peyton Manning…gotta say I love optic football!!!

I bought 3 blasters from Meijer and pulled a Zay Flowers Downtown on the last pack of the last box. First time buying Optic and I think all my luck was used up for my life!

Well after doing a bit of research it appears they may not make them anymore. Looks like they moved the Bluescope to Donruss Optic preview. I cant even find any 2022 videos of them so they might have stopped making them after 2021. Shame.
They have value packs,, that are all base with 1 rookie, and 1 insert/parallel

Purple Shock Anthony and CJ; Blue Glitter Addison; Fire Emoji Sauce; base RRs; Mem's of Bryce and Richardson; and... the non-case hit on the 120/120 pack? Rookie Kings Roschon Johnson! He better be the next Walter Peyton. LOL Also, Panini allegedly updated the description: one auto, 4 mems, one Glitter, one Fire emoji per case. DTs, Blazzers, Mythical, RKs are not case hits, or in other words, rarer than a case hit! So you and I should celebrate hitting our Aidan and Roschon RKs 🍻😆🤝

walked into my local Walmart, 4 blasters of 2022 optic on the shelf, grabbed all 4, car rip, 2 DTs, both vets, Chase Young and DK Metcalf. Both massive print lines on them and not sure if from the same case but definitely a possibility...
