Wow those are nice! The leather laces do look better. I got a pair of some 2040s and the fit in phenomenal. The last fits the best out of all my boots. I do believe you are getting a quality product with Viberg and the price is well justified in my experience.
Thanks Luis, so far so good. The sole is supppper stiff but it's been getting better with every walk. So much room in the front which is great for my wide feet.
They are heavier than my redwings, I weighed them both. They are just over 100gms or so heavier per boot, but they wear small for me. I'll explain on the video in detail but they feel good on.
Hi, I have these very similar boots in 2030 last with no toe cap and love them very much. I have another pair of 2030 service boots with dainite and CXL and love the commando for a more rugged wearing experience. How has the wear been on the rough out?
Agreed, though I want to really wear them for a while. I've only started giving them some good wear now the weather has turned. So realistically i want to do a review in the new year.
Hey Robert! Yep. it is on the cards for sure. As it's been summer and lockdown here the wear is slow and when it is super hot i can't wear anything other than shorts and boat shoes! But the weather is turning and the boots are coming out.
Have you seen or tried on the Iron Heart Int'l X Wesco, either black or burgundy... Kinda torn up between this and the other two iron heart wesco boots...
I haven't tried them, sadly. As all these boots last years and years i just haven't tried many. As some of the commenters have angrily pointed out I don't really do hard labour work so mine last a looong time hah. To be honest though. You cannot go wrong with either!
@@CameronO haha doing these reviews is hard enough! Thank you for your service 😁 I ended up just pulling the trigger on a pair of Trickers stow boots in acorn (what a colour).
Hi buddy, yeah they did these for Rivet & Hide. Viberg seem to do lots for various shops. Shops like Withered Fig also seem to get a lot of cool custom ones. Or the mini ripple ones R&H have too.
@@CameronO thanks for the response. whats ur size in Viberg? i know u have red wings and i think u did down size a bit. am thinking of getting one Viberg.
Thanks buddy. I've collected this stuff over years to be honest and I get one new thing here and there. Glad you enjoy it. Is there anything else you'd like me to feature?

I work much harder than those pretty boys but I don’t even make half as much! Their boots are way overpriced and are simply not worth such a hefty price.
Here goes another person over paying for Vibergs. Guys, Viberg is not the end all be all premium top tier boot company. They literally should only cost around $300. Viberg does nothing special with the boot. Im not saying they’re bad but i am saying they’re ridiculously overpriced. Here’s my advice, buy a Nick’s Falcon. $540 ish. They’re made 1000 times better than Viberg. Cheers.
One if the most handsome pairs of Viberg’s I’ve seen. The 1035 last looks a lot more refined on this version than it does usually, very nice
Thanks!
Definitely made the better choice of the two. Waxed brown roughout boots just look and age soo good.
Thanks! the darker colour goes with just about everything too!

These look amazing! Can't wait for the full review
Thanks man. Give it a few months. I want to really get them worn in. Though going into summer so not sure how much wear they will get if it's hot.
what size did you get Cameron? and why not the 2030, their best seller?!
what socks do you wear with your Vibergs?
did these come with a partially structured toe box or were they unstructured?
Looking forward to hear your wearing experience. Some reviews say it is borderline too heavy, but no doubt a good boot.

Nice! Stunning boots. Way better than the ripple.
Thanks man!
They look great... Waiting to see you wearing it just to see how they style. Great pic brother 👊
Nick's Boots hands down.

Great video......when will you post an update? :-)

Thanks Haroon. Much appreciated.
mate, this is a nice shoes. ive check this color/model and i cant find it from the official viberg website?

Chamwa! Ha ha, gotta love Aussies
Hahah i debated all week how to say it!
😂 mate I couldn’t resist pulling you on it!
😂
Could of got two pairs of Red Wing Iron Rangers and had a commando sole fitted to one pair for the same price as the Vibergs!!..
Ok, do that and leave us the Vibergs
