It depends on the age of the plant and the variety. I have several new branches shooting out this fall on my mature plants. The temperature dips into the low 40's at night in our climate.

It's been done before... Yellow Cross #68, Desert King, Yellow Thai, Ohana Express to name a few. It's possible!

Do the dragon fruit grow in the winter or go dormant?
Not sure but mine is putting on new growth right now and its almost December but it slower than in the warmer months
