boy that brooklyn offense is stagnant AF. you can see schroder trying to initiate some offense but no one is moving and screening for other guys. Finney-smiths defense really kept them in it.

Note the great play call by Coach Pop at 8:52. Pulled one defender into the backcourt with a decoy inbound to create more space, then great offball movement out of the trap and an easy layup.

That's what they've been doing all season and it's infuriating on so many levels. They're the 3rd worst 3 point shooting team in the league and they average 36 attempts per game.
At least once a week they go through a stretch where that's all they do and Wemby won't touch the ball for an entire quarter as he just stands in the paint and watches brick after brick.

@@namikpaul7505 TBF, he was complaining to his teammates about the rotation especially with the defensive lapse with 23 seconds remaining.
He correctly rotated to an open and driving Sochan to cover his team's defensive lapse. He handled Sochan well but yet another teammate somehow made another defensive error and failed to rotate to Keldon who was again very much wide open for the drive.
As you can see, he was angry at his team and not complaining to the refs.

That's not really how that works unfortunately. Adding muscle will affect shooting as well as his speed. He basically needs farmers strength. Not adding tons of weight but functionally strong. KD has been described as having wiry strength. This is what he's going for by everything I've heard out of his camp.

Spurs fan here I watch all games Jeremy is not part of the rebuilding of this team trust me he has 2 or 3 good plays then follows it up 10 poor plays, turns the ball over missing easy shots very weak inside 1 or 2 more years if he doesn't improve he's gone
Sochan is problematic as he young and shows flashes but after this season, those flashes don’t justify him keeping starting spot next season. Which is worrisome cause when he got benched for one game earlier in year it wrecked his confidence so bad and was salty at coaching staff for a few days until they put him back in. He’s def getting traded at some point
His legs were tired. He should have scored 4 points and finish tha game. Good in defence as always. He is 20, making progress.

I know this has been said a billion times all season, but the more i watch Wemby the more I see just how much of an amazing player he will be. He literally does everything on the basketball floor. His handle and playmaking at 7'4-5 whatever he is, is otherworldly. When SA gets a good team around him, watch out. Zion showed us in his matchup with Wemby height and reach anint everything. Wemby is very weak compared to big men loke Zion, and he will never catch up. Even with supplements and training and eating he can never match Zions natural strength. There's a highlight of some random posterizing Wemby already

really disappointed with the Nets at the beginning of the season this team really looked promising they had very quality players all they lacked was one star and considering the capital they had I really thought they would go for donovan mitchell or trey young. .. But then they decided to trade even those players for nobody but you still keeping ben simmons... i mean it's just an absolute chaos over there,at this point everyone in their front office lost their mind!
Mikal had the opportunity to step up this season especially after his incredible performances last season with the nets. Jacque vaughn really gave mikal bridges everything to become the nets #1 option but unfortunately has played inconsistently
