Another tip of frying chicken is using egg whites only so that way more juices will be in there.
Sesame oil is much too expensive and is best reserved for flavoring. Its smoke point is 410 F, but it is so expensive and precious. I save it for flavoring rather than deep frying. They didn't mention trying beef or pork lard or Crisco.
