Using dregs from past sour homebrews

    Sour beer ftw!
    I must admit I was very sad when you ditched all that beer. Especially as I have run out of home brew beer and am waiting on some tardy beer to finish brewing!

    I've done that- left the boiler on whilst chilling. WHY IS IT CHILLING SO SLOWLY?! I mean is a brewday without a few mistakes even a brewday?!

    Do you have a standard/go to grist "composition", for your sours?

      I don't, but if I am doing long sours, I try and get some raw grain or oats in there for the longer dextrins (5% - 15%). I've even put some flour in as well!
