    Nice one Alex.
The best musicians, artists etc. all ‘flow effortlessly because they’ve put in the hours, so to speak.
One problem comes from our idea that effort is somehow ‘too hard’ therefore, problematic. Yes, effort that causes confusion with undue and unneeded contraction is not always the best method, but ‘good’ effort always leans towards flow and lets the future unfold in its own time. It’s always a yin/yang deal.
Effortlessness is something that happens by relaxing into ‘what is’ at any given moment. By seeing and experiencing the space from which all effort and effortless unfold we find the balance between both polarities. ✌🏼

If you really love it, it doesn't seem like effort (generally). Also I do find that what I produce in the flow state to be generally brilliant. It is when I surprise myself. That is the reason it all exists after all, intentional forgetfulness to experience surprise. Otherwise how can the infinite know surprise?

Contrast needed to feel non effort maybe ?.. some divine guidance from yourself to yourself comes to me listening to this..divine wisdom with love, versus knowledge and objective of an individual wishing to share for a subconscious reason relating to the individual... Love these videos that I have recently discovered..many thanks for the clarity...with or without effort ❤

When one knows he is not the doer but is instead the naturally joyful independent witness unrelated to this material existence then the weight of doing fades away and one finds enjoyment in doing the things that are hard and being the hero.

I think the law of revered effort, works hand in hand with the law
of attraction,by not trying to get something, but exepting that you already
have it,you draw it into your situation, condition,or experience and
it becomes you or you get it,or find you already have it, because your not
    manifesting from lack.
If i was a soccer coach i would tell my team to go on the field at the start
of the game, convinced that they are already winning 5-nil, as i have noticed
how much better teams play when they are ahead in the score for example.

Yes, and you're not necessarily "manifesting from lack" by efforting. The effort feels good.
That's the distinction. The "Law of Reversed Effort" shouldn't mean "ok I won't put in any effort", it's WHO the effort is on behalf of that's the key. The person IS the sense of lack. If it's on behalf of the person, it's based on lack.
If it's on behalf of the absolute, of consciousness, it's coming from already completeness and already wholeness. The visualization of the outcome is clarity of the desired manifestation.

Yes Alex, even when Jesus said, when you pray
believe that you have already received what you asked for ,and god will give it to you,
you still need to pray, so their still needs to be some effort, to manifest what already is.
      your correct, thanks.@@AlexShailer

There have been many songs and videos which have gone viral which were not necessarily the favorite track of an artist, or some off handed comment or post that suddenly becomes this galvanizing political phrase where effort had nothing to do with it!
