I've actually found that for the Blighted Beak Medics, there's 2 types of them. Either one, the pocket medic that everyone hates, or two, a new player that's looking for a nice looking cosmetic for medic/likes the plague doctor aesthetic. Personally i'm more of a tie between them, 'cause I pocket the closest heavy when there's nobody else to heal.

First a snow trooper got its design straight from the snow troopers during the clone wars, while storm troopers went through many different designs. Second snow troopers where built to work best in the snow, while a regular storm trooper would struggle in cold climates but storm troopers where built for all around combat in a stable environment. Third a snow trooper uses insulated suits and heating units unlike their counterpart the storm trooper. I just want to add that the Byte'd Beak is an infinitely better alternative to the Blighted Beak. Mostly because of the description: "This 17th century plague mask has been upgraded for modern day masquerade-style sex parties with a built-in camera, night vision (for dimly lit sex parties!) and state-of-the-art sex detection radar." I couldn't make this up if I tried, that's the actual item description. If I had to make up a stereotype for Byte'd Beak medics, they probably pair it with the burly beast and personality-wise they're probably like the soldiers who use the whip and ONLY the whip during the game. Yeah. You can figure the rest out on your own.
Yeah, the Byte'd Beak looks cooler than the normal Blighted Beak and has a funnier description. But unfortunately it can't be painted... ok, it can be painted, but the paint is applied to the goggles only instead of the mask, whereas the Blighted Beak has 2 styles and can paint the entire mask. Also, the Blighted Beak is the only misc for Medic that can be unboxed in Unusual quality, whereas the Byte'd Beak (from the Robo-Crates) can't. Damn, you, Valve.
Hmm, you have a good point on paintability there. Personally I like the more 'subtle' paint for the lens of the mask as opposed to the entire thing but that's just my opinion. I didn't know the Beak was the only unusual misc for medic though. Seems odd. Kind of reminds me of the Point and Shoot vs the Crone's Dome (all-class witch/wizard hats). The Point and Shoot seems to be a lot more popular than the Crone's Dome but unfortunately it's not paintable, can't be unusual, and can't even be strange which is a shame considering it's a really cool hat. Don't get me wrong, I love the Crone's Dome (I have a strange one myself and want an unusual one) but I also really like the more "minimalistic" and "cleaner" look of the Point and Shoot, you know?
Fun fact: i believe i was playing a modded server with a doubled player limit and a blighted beek medic wanted someone else to be a medic cause the server was dying, then we won that round after a double uber charge push and he gave me a bunch of medic cosmetics he doesnt use. Thats where i got my ward+blighted beek loadout.

i used to use the ballistics vest as "sniper bait". I'd wear it, charge in, and see if i got sniped. if i did, i'd initiate "distracting jerkass mode" and run around while charging myself :P

Actually Soundsmith TF2, epic gamer extraordinaire what you called a "storm trooper" at 9:43 was actually a snow trooper actually.
First a snow trooper got its design straight from the snow troopers during the clone wars, while storm troopers went through many different designs. Second snow troopers where built to work best in the snow, while a regular storm trooper would struggle in cold climates but storm troopers where built for all around combat in a stable environment. Third a snow trooper uses insulated suits and heating units unlike their counterpart the storm trooper.

I just want to add that the Byte'd Beak is an infinitely better alternative to the Blighted Beak. Mostly because of the description: "This 17th century plague mask has been upgraded for modern day masquerade-style sex parties with a built-in camera, night vision (for dimly lit sex parties!) and state-of-the-art sex detection radar." I couldn't make this up if I tried, that's the actual item description.
If I had to make up a stereotype for Byte'd Beak medics, they probably pair it with the burly beast and personality-wise they're probably like the soldiers who use the whip and ONLY the whip during the game. Yeah. You can figure the rest out on your own.
Yeah, the Byte'd Beak looks cooler than the normal Blighted Beak and has a funnier description. But unfortunately it can't be painted... ok, it can be painted, but the paint is applied to the goggles only instead of the mask, whereas the Blighted Beak has 2 styles and can paint the entire mask. Also, the Blighted Beak is the only misc for Medic that can be unboxed in Unusual quality, whereas the Byte'd Beak (from the Robo-Crates) can't. Damn, you, Valve.
Byte'd Beak Medic here. This is accurate but only because I couldn't seriously play Medic well if I tried
Hmm, you have a good point on paintability there. Personally I like the more 'subtle' paint for the lens of the mask as opposed to the entire thing but that's just my opinion. I didn't know the Beak was the only unusual misc for medic though. Seems odd.
Kind of reminds me of the Point and Shoot vs the Crone's Dome (all-class witch/wizard hats). The Point and Shoot seems to be a lot more popular than the Crone's Dome but unfortunately it's not paintable, can't be unusual, and can't even be strange which is a shame considering it's a really cool hat. Don't get me wrong, I love the Crone's Dome (I have a strange one myself and want an unusual one) but I also really like the more "minimalistic" and "cleaner" look of the Point and Shoot, you know?
Honestly though I prefer the Blayt Beak
It has two stereotypes, 1: You told us 2: Blighted Beak for people Who don't wanna get shitted on for wearing The Blighted Beak
Fun fact: i believe i was playing a modded server with a doubled player limit and a blighted beek medic wanted someone else to be a medic cause the server was dying, then we won that round after a double uber charge push and he gave me a bunch of medic cosmetics he doesnt use. Thats where i got my ward+blighted beek loadout.
