Worth remembering she's had this kind of relationship before; just because she does know how bad it can turn doesn't mean she knows for sure how to avoid it doing so... and as usual the stakes of her getting it wrong are potentially awful given her responsibilities.

The trick to growing hair is not shampooing too much, shampoos have a lot of chemicals that can dry out your scalp and hair. For me personally I wash my hair 2 times a week, I used to wash it everyday and it was very dry and fizzy and had a lot of split ends. My hair now is much healthier less dry. Frequently washing ur hair strips away the natural oils, so right after shampooing you should also add conditioner to your hair. This method works best for hair that dries and goes fizzy easily. My hair is more loose wave so depending on your hair type this might not work for you. I suggest looking up hair guides for your hair type for best results.
