White sauce pasta banane ka ekdum asaan tarika aur recipe. Ab bache khush ho jayenge jab unko milega aisa badiya, lajawaab aur tasty white sauce pasta. Yeah pasta ekdum creamy aur cheesy banta hain aur aap asaani se isko ghar pe bana sakte hain bina koi jyada ingredients ke. 2 cups Penne Pasta (200 gms)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp oil
VEGETABLES:
2 tsp olive/butter
1/2 onion chopped
1 small carrot
1/2 capsicum chopped
handful of corns
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
SAUCE:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp maida
2 cups milk
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning
4-5 tbsp grated cheese (I used Amul)

Mam Can I avoid cheese at the last step or use any alternative for it? Please give suggestions🙏
Made it today for my Grandfather.
He absolutely loved it!
I observed these points:
1) You need to keep the ingredients ready! Delay while cooking can change texture and taste!
2) Control the quantity of Maida, else the pasta will become more dry, sticky and less creamy. You might need to add a lot of milk to make the right texture in such case!
3) Check the quantity of Pasta you're putting in. Using too much of pasta can ruin the texture and creaminess.
4) slightly pre boil the corn in salt water before use.
5) Keep checking taste. Sometimes you might feel like adding salt & you might end up with salty taste.
6) don't overuse kali mirch powered.
