I can't believe I'm the first comment! I've been watching for this video for weeks and so happy I was online at the same time you posted it. I've been needing a good tutorial on painting a watercolor sunset that isn't all dramatic oranges and reds and this was it. But I had no idea I was also about to listen to you two having this beautiful talk about your dogs and love and loss and being sure you will see them again. I always feel like I'm painting with my best friends when I watch your videos. Fun, light and happy, sad/vulnerable/moving all at the same time. Thank you!
It is a beautiful picture and your conversation with your husband was great. We lost our 16 year old dog two days before Xmas last year so we know what you went through. It is amazing how they become such a big part of your life and the love they have for you is unconditional.
