- Description: Todays vlog was a unique experience to say the least. We had a full day at sea after we departed St Thomas and made our way northwest toward Castaway Cay. I have never been on a cruise with 6 to 9 ft seas before. I decided to film this unique experience! Also, stick around to the end to see some of the great food we ate on our cruise.

My wife liked seeing what new towel design was going to be waiting for us each night after dinner. We had so much fun with the cast member that took care of our room service. Thanks for watching!
Love deck 4. So great for a walk and rest if needed. Yeah the boat is moving for sure. Hahaha yes like a weather reporter 😅 the food looked delicious !
The food on a Disney Cruise is always so good. Lobster night was my favorite. The lava cake was my favorite dessert. Deck 4 was a great place to take a snooze. Thanks for watching my friend.

On our first Disney cruise we had 18' seas on the first night. It was a wild ride. I was fine but my wife wasn't doing too well.
Wow! I could not imagine 18 foot seas. I would have lost my cookies for sure! lol
I've never been on a cruise. On a totally normal day, any sea sickness at all, or is it just normal, like walking on land? I've known lots of people who go on cruises, but I never thought to ask that question. Still a great video. 👍
Some people suffer from sea sickness even if the ocean is flat. I noticed some of the passengers had dramamine patches on throughout the cruise. I have never suffered from sea sickness myself. I will tell you one thing that was really weird. I was on the ship for 7 days. I noticed when the cruise ended and we returned home. When I was walking I felt like I was bouncing for a few days. The video doesn't do the motion justice. Our cruise we joked we had a wave pool. And it was bouncy.
You are right Dawn. We endured the 6-9 ft seas for a full day and a half. I remember when we got off the ship at Castaway Cay. When I was walking on dry land I felt like my body was bouncing. It was the weirdest sensation.
