@@consaka1 It's been around for a little while now but in my opinion still a very good spec coin even though it kinda went out of the spec coin realm when it got listed on some exchanges. Regardless if you haven't mined it I would start and hold at least a bag. You really never know it could potentially 1000x. This isn't any financial advice lol 😆

Thank you for video and the nvidia-smi -lmc 810 command. Increased my efficiency greatly! I was just messing around to see how efficient I could get a Asus Tuf 3090 and was able to get as high as 5.25 mh/w. That is at 175W PL, 200 Core, and nvidia-smi -lmc 810. At 918.74 MH/s though. I ended up settling for a little less efficiency and a higher hashrate, and increased the power to 230W. Thanks again for taking the time to make this video! Cheers!

@@hjncosta11 that would be +200. I am using the same in Windows with PL at 70%. I am getting ~916mhs at 240W with bzminer (efficiency 3.82mh/W). First time using bzminer so I need to learn can it be made more efficient by OC the card through miner directly instead of EVGA X1.

I currently mine Kaspa with 1660 supers @294mh-300mh/s 85w zero rejects💯A +
wow pretty interesting that even different memory affects the mining efficiency so much!
So I took my EVGA 3090 and did some major overclocking. Spent some time messing with my power setting and underclocked. I'm getting an eff. of 5.2Mh/s per watt. Using after burner on all levels I found that underclocking the Ram by -502, setting my core clock to +150, and then setting my PL to 40% gave me amazing results. This algorithm is not like Ethash and not hungry like kawpow. If you want to get the best bang for your buck, take time to mess around with your settings. Create your own spreadsheet and test test and do more tests. Your time in attention will help you in the long run. Time is money and if you don't do your own tuning then you will loose lots of money.

Very good work. I guess cost of acquisition was not included as prices are all over the place. he last factor to consider is how much each MH costs relative to its efficiency. While a 3900 may be most efficient, it may be more economical to run 2X 3060ti on the cost of the cards, for example.

I have some settings i would like to share, especially for the 1660 series cards because i noticed yours in your spreadsheet were using quite a bit of power ;)
I have a range of samsung and hynix memory cards, some are gigabyte, msi and innox brands.
I have the core locked on them all at 1450MHz, and the memory at -2000 (this is on hiveos)
they are all sitting between 228 and 230 MH and the power draw ranges from 45 to 60 watts
I also have some GTX 1660Ti gpus, they are locked at 1350 core, -2000 on memory and power draw between 39 and 45 watts, they are all gigabytes with micron memory and i get 235 MH on each card.
So would you say the 3090 is better than the A2000 in this scenario?
On the memory core lock the 810 really was not that great for mining a good high numbers for hash rates I did 1200 and I got some Amazing results
is there a way to dual mine ERGO+KAS? i would love to have it the same as i do now with ETH+KAS

Kaspa actually has an advantage over most PoW layer 1’s with its Ghostdag protocol but I guess anyone can go around making uninformed negative comments. As is the internet.

@@secustefan3392 Ethereum was being mined when it was hardly profitable by miners that stayed the course. Certain coins probably don’t have much of a future but is Kaspa a scam? No. No pre-mine and it’s actually decentralized with no central authority and also a halving schedule. If you want to call a coin a scam merely because certain whales take profit at certain times, than I guess every coin/token is a scam and you should exit the space altogether. That includes leaving unsubstantiated comments on TH-cam videos from one of the realest dudes to ever exist in this space.
