Everything looks great Liz. I must say that meal prep was the BEST thing I've done for myself yet. LOL I have cooked meats, veggies, pie filling made from scratch with apples I picked at the orchard, meals fully prepared and others cooked and prepped for big meals in the freezer. I have pumpkin soup and beef bone broth I stored in mason jars in the fridge for months, and is still super fresh when I open it to use. I just look UP and THANK THE MOST HIGH GOD for giving us this wisdom. Life gets busy and this is the best way to maintain your good eating habits. I love how you have it in the fridge for the week. I tried that but failed due to me being such a picky eater whose taste buds change. (Food went bad) LOL Smh Keeping it in the freezer until the night before or a few hours before I'm ready to eat has helped tremendously. I really LOVE how you did this. I'm inspired to give it another try because it's so convenient, reducing my cooking and cleaning time. THANKS FOR SHARING DOLL! Stay Safe!
Ladies keep in mind that while on your cycle you do need to be eating differently 🩸👏🏽!! We do need to eat carbs and soups and indulge in our “cravings” because your body is going through a lot. There is a saying that being in your period is like being sick, so you need to nourish your body and just take it easy ❤

I love this Liz, I’ve been literally struggling with this! Could you do like a grocery haul and maybe some breakfast, lunch, recipes! I also have two growing boys and trying to add whole food for them a lot more often.❤❤
All of the recipes looked good. I particularly like the Lemon Adobo chicken recipe. And the idea of using blended cottage cheese (and adding ranch seasoning)is really good. Especially since I've been trying to get more protein despite the fact that I really don't crave meat for every meal. So I appreciate the meal inspiration.

If ppl don't want to have to go to the trouble of blending Cottage Cheese, then they can substitute Ricotta Cheese. I like to use 1/2c on one slice of Dry-Toasted Keto Raisin Bread & Sprinkle with Cinnamon! (If you desire it sweeter, mix a couple of drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia into the Ricotta Cheese before spreading it on the Toast) Every way we can cut down on Calories is better for us, but make everything Flavorful, so you don't feel deprived! The higher Protein, Low Carb/Low Fat works best for me. I eat Varied Varieties of Fish everyday & don't eat more than 40-50gr Carbs a Day. I've lost 50+lbs two times in my Life & the first time I stuck to that diet for Many Years & never put on a Pound. Once was 48yrs ago when I lost 56lbs & then in the last 14mos I've lost 70lbs. If you go back to the old way of eating the pounds will return++ It's best for your body to keep your diet & exercise routine 7days a week & your body will respond better. (no "cheating" on weekends & vacations) My husband who never had a weight problem until the last 4-5yrs, has gone on the Keto Diet as well & has lost 35lbs within 6mos.
I fast 19/5 -from 6:30 pm to 1:30 pm next day - lost 25 pounds, my BP is normal, my cholesterol is normal first time in years. It's so good for the body! I have been fasting for over a year - it's how I will always eat now. I saw an article that says women need to fast at least 19 hours a day to get the most benefit. First couple of months is really tough, especially when you are used to grazing all day.
Loved this. With intermittent fasting I noticed some hair loss so had to stop, I wasn’t taking any vitamins, so that’s a great tip, Maybe I’ll try again.
Really enjoyed this video. I'm trying to do IF but I have lots of work meetings at different times of day, so it's been difficult to be consistent with my meal times. But I really like the "strictness" (is that the word?) of IF so I'm forced to stick to the clock. I'll keep trying!

Ooo…I eat a plant based diet and I need one of those storage containers for our meal prep salads. I make a “dump” salad for us to eat and I just use all the veggies we have for the week. ❤ I love food videos I can easily get ideas with just removing the things I don’t eat and recreating that basic part of the recipe. Yum, thank you you’re always making the best meals. I love chips too now I only reach for Siete or Boulder and it’s rare since I’m eating well. 😊 Great video 🥒👩🏻🍳

I've just realised I've done intermittent fasting for years and for me it doesn't make a blind bit of difference 😢 my body seems to be different and I've went to slimming clubs with friends and eating less than them they lost a lot of weight whereas I gained for 2 weeks by going strictly by their food plan. I'm not joking they were eating like they were massive men and the weight just fell off them. Now I have to say I don't drink fluids much at all, a few glasses a week so I must try and up that
