I love watching these videos and find them so insightful. I’m starting to work with clients and believe there is so much we can do to improve our health. If I had the money I would have my brain scanned.
Im 25 and i think i had dementia because i didnt eat right (vegan) with some b12 supplements. I could not focus anymore (no short term memory) at all and felt like i didnt remember anything from university. Had really dark circles around my eyes which got worse over time and problems with joint health in my spine. It was absolutely miserable. And i dont drink smoke or take drugs at all (last time i had alcohol was when i ate a desert which i didnt know that it had alcohol) and only drink water and tea. Now i eat normaly again take fish oil supplements, vit d, collagen, vit c, glycine before sleep and also tried 5 htp, lions mane and generally a lot of supplements. I feel a lot better now before my diet change i couldnt even feel my body anymore and my skin was very pale and see through. I nearly killed myself had i continued i would have been dead in two years for shure.
I also have an MRT of my brain when i was still sick. I heard the radiology assistants say "poor person he is so young", but the doctors said they couldnt find anything on the scans. I also hit my head very hard on the pavement when i had a skateboard accident 1.5 years prior to the scan. I cant quite believe that they even looked at my scans because even the assistants seemed to have found something. Is there a way to pay someone to look at my scans again? The doctors i visited seem to generally have a lot of bad reviews.
I have watched a lot of these videos and read “You Happier” and I have a question. Would standing upside down daily increase blood flow to “sleepy” areas of the brain? Would it make a difference at all? 😂

Thank you for doing this, Jonny!
Brave for Dr. Jonny to agree to do this. Interesting interview! Expensive procedure for most of us though.
Thank you Jonny for doing this. Can you have Joe Rogan on next.
Thanks for the video.
I also hear a lot of chatters (still) even after taking bipolar meds.
Can you give the cite for that marijuana study?

I feel like there's no hope for me. I'm so very sad everyday. I'm pretty sure my brain is messed up. 😔
