    Notes:
    - Step 1: Ask (contrast), Step 2: Source answer (impulses/intuition), Step 3: get into receiving mode, Step 4: get good at receiving mode, Step 5: experiencing contrast in Step 1 but it doesnt bother you anymore.
    - First two steps is just life (automatic)
    - Step three is your job, feel good, find feel good emotion (conscious effort on your end).
    - step four and five is mastery of three
    - Step 1 asking (compare to not asking) and step two, source answer, means vision, impulse and inspiration (staying in step 3 or two for more of these - state of alignment, or stating in the vortex).
    1: Ask
    2: Answer
    3: Receiving Mode
    4: Stating in Receiving Mode
    5: No longer bother by contrast in step one
    - Staying in alignment means low anxiety or tension, calm and relax state (vortex).
    - When I ask in meditation (step 1), I receive visions of my vortex (step 2), which helps me feel calm and align (step 3), and once out of meditation its about keeping that state of appreciation, calmness and just relax (step 4), then not letting contrast bother me to break out of alignment (step 5). Where staying in alignment (step 3), has been an evolution, and skill or tolerance building (like building a muscle, to not relapse into a lower vibrational state). I dig more into this after (still taking notes).
    - Inner being see contrast from you, but does not react to it (unlike you)
    - inner being always hold steady to the solution/resolve (tap into this state to find your solution, without alignment you only see issues - negative feelings/thoughts)
    Footnote (after notes):
    - The 5 steps, in my opinion, are the beginning of every manifestor’s journey, where we go from a reactive (life just happens to me), to a deliberate creator (I pick my experiences). This is detailed in Step 1, via the asking (even though, we all ask regardless of knowing the law or not - automatic), but this time we ask more consciously, more deliberately and more consistently (with purpose). Step 2, is receiving impulses, vision or guidance from Source (your Inner being). This can be your least resistance path, or signals via intuition to do things, because when you ask, you start to align yourself (you can only ask from a place of alignment). You could also ask from a place of non-alignment, but then your ask wouldnt be very positive feelings or request, since you are out of alignment (so, it would be worries, fears and doubts - asking for bad). So asking in step 1 from a place of alignment (where some alignment is required), will mean you are in a calmer and align state. This calm and align state translate into step 2, impulses (vision/guidance from Source). Step two is where the magic happens, but it usually buckles or weaves in and out for less experience manifestors, since we are battling in step one still (being or staying in alignmenting to ask for good; we are still focus on bad feelings or thoughts here). The Step 3 manifestors are able to stay in alignment in step 1 more often than not, translating to a reality shift (because in this state of receiving, or gratitude, calmness, feeling like the result has happen-the reality has been manifested within our feelings-things will start to manifest). Then step four is about staying in alignment even more, so we manifest even more desirables to our lives. Finally, step 5, is about enlightment, or what Ester is, where contrast no longer buckles her as often and she embodies Source energy (not fickle by tension of reality).
    From my experience, it’s meditation that helps start my alignment in the morning, where I can quiet my mind and start to lower my brain waves to Theta (brain wave, or calm feeling). From this state of calmness, alignment, or tension free and relax (In the Vortex or in flow), I will start getting previews of my future, or what is in my Vortex. These visualize of what I desire will play like a movie in my mind, which translate to feeling sensation of experiencing it already (it will miss the physical sensation on most part, but the internal feeling of feeling good will be there-which is usually not always paired will in real life manifestation). Once those good feeling (step 2), are felt, I quickly feel align more (step 3). Once in full alignment after meditation, I will have to control my breathing (to lower anxiety), and watch my feelings/thought (affirmation to cancel negative thoughts) to continue in staying in alignment, this is Step 4. Step 4 is quite difficult, only due to the variable that it requires time and practice (commitment) to master. You will ebb and flow and buckle to your negative feelings, which will bring you out of alignment most time more than not in the beginning of your journey, but with consistent effort, you will master it, and stay in full alignment (“full” as in more often than not, and not 100% - you can never be 100%, unless you are dead: become Source). Im in step 4 at the moment, as im sure many of you are as well, and working against or with Step 5, in not letting contrast bother me (bring me out of alignment).
    In parallel with Joe Dispenza’s steps (calming down, visualzing, rehearses and be), this follows Abraham closely too).
    In terms of Neville Goddard, this would be “the state fulfill” or “state of the end result.” Where staying in the state (alignment) is critical, which means being happy (not hysteria), calm or appreciative or relax.
    I think meditation is critical for a quicker tap of what alignment feels like, it’s not “needed” but it helps you get in touch or taste what alignment is so you have a gauge. How can you cook a recipe well, or season the broth (food) perfectly, if you have never tasted it? You have taste it (alignment), but maybe you are not fully aware of what it is that you are suppose to feel, and meditation helps with that.
    If meditation is hard for you, you can skip this, since Im mainly vouching for what was easiest for me (you can test alignment with other things outside of meditation like doing your favourite hobbies and feeling content, too, as an example).
    But meditation, helps a lot. This is in terms of deep meditation that is 30-45 minutes deep, or 1 hour and 45 minutes for my usual morning one, that allows me to tap into Theta brain waves, and then visualize or watch my mind movie for one hour or more.
    This experience of the visualization or vortex content builds my belief, by pass my usual resistance in my body (harder to visualize without alignment or grounding in meditation due to beta brain state, or anxiety). But once in a more relax meditative state, I can actually visualize very far and wider in content (visualizing what its like to have $50 million, and actually believeing it more over time - where belief means able to feel gratitude and good from my visual. This is harder to do, as in the feeling of it in gratitude or good feels, when not in a meditstive or calm state-too much resistance or contrast/limiting belief).
    Step 1: Ask (alignment), meditate to ground.
    Step 2: Receive from Source (impulse/vision/guidance). Visual from meditation
    Step 3: Staying in alignment. Following intuition or impulse to follow path of least resistance after meditation and when dealing with the real world. Me writing this would be an impulse or intuitive decision (which I would not do without alignment, because why would I?). But it makes me feel really good tbh right now to write this, which helps me stay in alignment.
    Step 4: staying in alignment more (following your impulses from source more: these can in the form of intuition to take inspired action-me writing this-or, visualization in terms of daydream from source and just following your feel good imagiantion of what can be and milking it to feel amazing). Basically, trusting Source (yourself), and following the feel good intuition.
    Step 5: not getting fucked by life contrast (your past demon manifested in 3D) and staying in Step 4 more.
    Yeah. Lol damn that felt great (writing this and following my Impulse from source, step 2 (impulse), which helps step 3 (alignment), which if i continue to do this (follow my impulses), ill stay in step 4 (staying in alignment or step 3 more often), and finally, not letting contrast or limiting belief kill my joy/vibe/alignment (like wondering, “what if no one cares or I wrote it wrong,” which I use affirmation to kill this negative belief. Such as, “I dont care if anyone reads, actually I do, and it will help the ppl who needs it, and I cant be wrong, I am in Source. i make the rule. I am always right.)

      Not with that mindset, you are already setting yourself up for failure if you don’t BELIEVE.
      It’s also a lot of work busting your ass for slave wages 😂 choose one buddy.
      I’m choosing the LATTER. It’s law of attraction, not law of ASSERTION.
      I’d rather choose law of attraction over the “no pain no gain” mindset any day of the week. Let what you want come to you, and let the universe reveal itself and what you want to you. But if you don’t do step 1-5 and actually BELIEVE?
      Then that’s why this seems like “hard work for nothing”

      Trust me, only 1% of humans even know this concept, it’s not easy but it’s SO WORTH IT. Just watch man, actually do what she is saying and watch what happens, you will be blown AWAY. You will never want to go back to your old mindset that kept everything you wanted AWAY from you.
      Is it really THAT HARD to be in a good mood and happy most of the time???

      I even struggle to GRASP this concept mate. Trust me it’s not bullshit it’s the only way to get EXACTLY what you want.
      That’s why they call it the “Secret” because the people “at the top” don’t want average citizens to KNOW about this shit.

    I need to get my head out of my ass and finally DO what they are telling us to do, only 1% of the human race knows about Aberham Hicks teachings and we are all lucky to KNOW as well.
    She is telling us what to do, and it’s up to ME to actually listen, apply it, and actually care about how you feel. As hard as it is. I’m not going to lie I struggle with being happy a lot so I am keeping what I want AWAY from myself. I understand that. I just need to actually APPLY Aberhams teachings, chill the fuck out, not listen to OTHER PEOPLE and trust and enjoy the process at the same time.
    Where I mess up, is I panic when I feel like I am not “doing it right” and end up beating myself up even more for not being good at being in the receiving mode…..
    What I need to do is be good at being in the receiving mode CARE ABOUT HOW I FEEL, and when experiencing contrast, to be happy regardless of the contrast you or I am experiencing.
    It’s REALLY that simple. We can do it. I just need to get my head OUT OF MY ASS.
