My favourite way to "let go" of something that feels like it's keeping me separated from my inner being is to release whatevers happening to a higher power. "this is what is weighing on my mind (acknowledge), I leave this in your hands because I know that you love me unconditionally and always have my best interests at heart. You know my heart and I know you will give me exactly what I need, exactly when I need it. I can rest in peace having laid this in your hands". Doesn't matter who the higher power is that I'm speaking to. The relief is always the same. Like an exhale

I was awake at 2 A.M. my mid reeling with thoughts of things that have not yet happened and replaying past experiences. The nagging How, Where, What if...
I tossed and turned in bed for about an hour repeating in this prayer in my mind "I pray for the greater good for all."
Though my mind eased I remained awake. A short time later I got out of bed and see if i could find something on TH-cam that would relax me to return to sleep.
I have been following the teachings of Esther and Abraham for some time now this video was on my home page. Without hesitation I watched it knowing my inner soul would find the peace it desired.
