I need slow steps by step
I've purchased your tech pack and mockup pack and downloaded it to my laptop. Also I have the Adobe Illustator App. I've watched your TH-cam videos on how to use the mockup and tech pack but I'm still lost. Can you help me please
Once you purchase, either download the files from the instant download page or from your download email, then once downloaded, open the “AI Master File” in Adobe illustrator. All 200+ mock-ups are organised into categories inside.
For the tech pack it is the same, download your files, and open the AI master files in Adobe Illustrator. You can either open the file with all 10 pages on 1 file, or open each page individually.
my clipping mask doesnt work both my shorts and design go away
how u get the pencil lines to automatically be on the mock ups?

The mock-up master should look just like mine in the video.
I’m not sure exactly what you mean by the pencil lines automatically being on the mock-ups - if you message me on Instagram @adamsmockups I can send you a video on exactly how to open and use the pack.

You need to download the files you get on the download page after you purchase, or on the download email.
Either download the .zip file and unzip it - or open the .txt file, copy and paste the Google drive link into your browser, and download from the Google drive.
The AI master file is within the folder labelled AI MASTER - you can download the illustrator master file here with all 170+ mock-ups.
If you need further help/a video of how to download and open the file - dm me on Instagram @adamsmockups I will reply right away.

how do u move the whole page around and zoom in and out?
Hold ALT and scroll to zoom in and out, I am pressing my mouse down scroll wheel to move the page around.
@@adamsmockups thank you and how do u get the ungroup and image trace right below the clothing piece? and when i do image trace and clipping mask my clothes get all separated into pieces for some reason
Illustrator is so frustrating plus you never really own it kind of annoying moving onto affinity, good video tho 👏
I personally love illustrator and it’s functionality, I think it’s very easy to use once you get used to the UI and I think is the industry standard with mock-ups especially - Very true about never owning it tho - I will make a video on affinity this week! 🤝

what you think about procreate bro?
I personally think you should always use a vector software when designing mock-ups if you are serious about your designs, as inside a vector based software like Illustrator or Affinity Designer (available on iPad if this is why you want to use Procreate) you can still drag in + use your PNGS but it gives you 100% customisability over the mock up shape, color, clipping masks ect, whereas in a pixel based software like Procreate you would just be working with the flat PNG images using tricks to change the color and only being able to place your graphics on top.
Vector softwares (Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Vecteezy ect) > PNG softwares (Photoshop, Procreate ect) 👊
Am I right in saying you can turn procreate drawings into vectors once brought into illustrator? If so then maybe good for drawing designs/graphics in procreate and then placing them on clothing vectors in illustrator
@@kevinbarry3495 Correct, you can print your PNGs from procreate or any other png design software into Illustrator and turn them into vectors, as seen at 6:30 🙏
When I do that, it adds a white background to the procreate drawing once in illustrator, even when i export from procreate with no background colour. Do you know how to fix this?
@@kevinbarry3495 Did you change drop down options to high fidelity like I did in the video? Then press expand, select the direct selection tool, select the white background and delete
For some reason i downloaded the pack but it won’t let me add it to adobe illustrator! Help please
Where exactly do you experience the issue? Did you open the .ai file inside Adobe illustrator?

Wait your just a British version of Seaggs. Wouldn't be surprised if you downloaded the seaggs pack and your getting sued as we speak lol
It’s a CAD clothing mockup pack, there are many of them online. They are for designing clothes and communicating with your manufacturer, seaggs did not invent this.
My pack is obviously 100% original and made by me, I have never downloaded “The seaggs pack” genius
