If you did, you would realise that I read the instructions to refresh applicants on them (which is one of the biggest reasons for people not being successful at attaining the scholarship) and then I also go ahead to share what a filled-in document would look like. If you have any particular question I did not address in this video, please feel free to ask and I will respond.

Please when writing the second reference letter based on a social network do I still use the Star technique? I.e identify a problem

Thank you so much for the detailed video. In the reference letter, a text box is given for each question which has a certain character limit (250 characters approximately). Can we write outside the text box? 250 characters are not enough to recommend or display someone's skills
Please use the space provided for by the scholarship body and maintain the word limit. Be as direct and brief as possible.

I have a question regarding the networks and civil organizations, when I was in school I was president of the industrial and systems engineers chapter promoting the education, training and research of industrial engineering. Do you think that is considered as a civil society to add to my references?

Great Video, i have a question...the indication say that the maximum number of pages is two, and you have three, which one is correct please?
The maximum number of pages is indeed 2 as mentioned in the instructions. Mine went over because I made changes to the format for the sake of the example. Please be sure to maintain the format of the form in terms of font size and colour as well as structure.

It's better to have the staff write the letter as the business partner may be viewed as a colleague.
My question is how to get the letter of reference forms in double. Am l to download it twice
Yes, you can download the dorm twice.
I noticed that at the box for indicating how many hours the candidate has worked, the referee added 'hours' to the numbers, is this okay please?.. I thought it should only be the numbers
It is okay to add units to the number or to forego the units

My question concerns the reference letter for the scholarship: can we get a letter from our professor as an academic letter or does it have to come from the university administration?
The letter of reference should be written by someone who has worked directly with you, so yes, your professor can write your academic letter. Please keep in mind that if you have an experience based on your involvement in networks or civil society organizations, this will be an added merit.

Do you think we have to write 2 letters in 2 different styles?
The 2 letters are written the same way. One should be written by someone from your current or former place of work. And another is preferably from someone you've worked with during a civil society experience or academic career or also from your work.
The format for the letters however does not change.
