Wow, I have to say.... I've only seen him as Mark Zuckerberg and Lex Luthor and I didn't like his performance in either role. However, after seeing how he is in reality here, I get a completely humble and likable vibe off of him. I'm glad I saw this. This video gave me a new appreciation for the guy and I'll probably look back on his works that I've seen and will give anything else I see him in a wider berth from now on. His relationship with his sister is also heartwarming. I'm sorry I didn't appreciate him. Now I do. He gives me kind of a young, fast talking Woody Allen vibe. In fact, I think he'd be my first choice to play Woody Allen if ever there was a biopic of him and I think he'd do a MAGNIFICENT job. You're okay in my book, Jesse Eisenberg. Bless you.

Omg his sister Hallie Eisenberg was actually the little girl from the movie Paulie (1998). This just blew my mind!
It blew my mind that he was her brother! Paulie was one of my favorite movies growing up, I watched it like a billion times. My mom ended up hiding the vhs tape because she got tired of watching it. I had no recollection of actually watching it when I stumbled upon it years later on a streaming service. I vaguely remembered seeing the name on a vhs tape & went to ask her about it.... she was just like "no, no, no, no, no!" & upon finding out it bothered her, I watched it a million more times on my phone 😅 I saw Jesse play Zuckerburg after this happened & didn't know he was her brother until right now.
(I just saw a clip from The Miracle Worker where Hallie played Helen Keller on fb & went to look her up to make sure it was who I thought & then got curious as to what happened with her & ended up here lol)

First I saw Hallie Eisenburg in The Miracle Worker. That lead me to Live with Regis and Kathy Lee and then to this. I had no idea he was her brother! She's still adorable and has the same beautiful hair and of course the dimples!
Hallie's voice sounds like Anna Kendrick's.
Wow, sort of, I'm Jewish and she sounds more Jewish then him. Kendrick sounds a little more cute and squeaky, her pitch is a little higher then Hallie's.

I tell ya if it wasn't for Ledger's performance as The Joker I really would have appreciated Eisenberg's performance in BVS much more. As a fan of Superman's mythology all my life I can't say that Eisenberg's casting was ideal from the get go. But it was defenitely interesting! It was actually very disappointing that Justice League was so awful. Sans the post credit sequence where Eisenberg's, newly toned down Lex was on his yacht interviewing for members of what was obviously going to be The Legion of Doom. Eisenberg is actually a very intense actor and even though the frenetic Asperger's like tick filled, psychosis of his Luthor may have seemed a bit much, he did his best trying to convey how diabolical the character was. As well as out of his mind! After that yacht scene I kind of want him to continue with the role. Even more then Jared Leto's Joker. It might have been interesting to see both of these guys onscreen together in those or outside of them. But I doubt any of these events will happen now with the WB's/DC's solo character success. This reading obviously proves he is a charming, intelligent, witty dude. I haven't read anything about him lately political. So crossing my fingers that Eisenberg although obviously liberal, not necessarily that in itself is always a bad thing, is somewhat more logical and overbearing in his thinking then most of his Hollywood peers. The dude's also New York Jewish born and we share the same name, his as the middle, Adam.
