“No More Parties In LA” has its origins in the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy sessions, where Madlib left five beats with Kanye, including this one. During The Life of Pablo sessions, Madlib brought six CDs for Kanye to rap over. Kanye ended up not liking the beats, only choosing to use one, "No More Parties in LA" featuring Kendrick Lamar. Madlib ended up giving the rest of the CD's to Freddie Gibbs. These songs and beats ended up appearing on "Bandana". Madlib said “Six CDs. Gibbs took all of them, rapped over everything. Kanye waited too long, Gibbs rapped over everything.”

Freddie was never actually in the booth with Ye and Kendrick when they made the song . The song came out as part of TLOP Good Friday's, was a huge hit, and since Freddie works with madlib a lot, madlib let him use the beat for the remix. OP just combined the two songs, Freddie's original upload only had his part since he didn't have the rights to Kanye or Kendrick's verses.
