@@matehj thank you for the reply,i have 20kg easy pistol squat ,if i do high jump two or three times a week like 10 jump for training ,i need to do plyometric exercise too?i have to do 1.20 meters with scissor techinique, my height is 1.82 cm
@@maurotondodoni4276 yeah, personally I like jumping twice a week and sprinting once a week. On jump days I'll throw in a few sets of plyos at the end. For example 4 sets of 6 speed bounds. Sometimes I'll do a plyo only workout if I can't get access to the high jump. Hope this helps and goodluck brother!

Pistol squat is good for high jump?
It's good for general strength but not specifically great for high jump. If your lacking strength tho then yes it'll be beneficial of course!
