    Nice jumping! I always thought I’m the only one who is landing weird lol 😂 I always rotate in the air and come up weird on the mat.

    Pistol squat is good for high jump?

      It's good for general strength but not specifically great for high jump. If your lacking strength tho then yes it'll be beneficial of course!

      @@matehj thank you for the reply,i have 20kg easy pistol squat ,if i do high jump two or three times a week like 10 jump for training ,i need to do plyometric exercise too?i have to do 1.20 meters with scissor techinique, my height is 1.82 cm

      @@maurotondodoni4276 yeah, personally I like jumping twice a week and sprinting once a week. On jump days I'll throw in a few sets of plyos at the end. For example 4 sets of 6 speed bounds. Sometimes I'll do a plyo only workout if I can't get access to the high jump.
