Im always impressed how you can imagine the board and enemy troop movement in the fog and know fairly accurately when someone is rdy to be killed even though sometimes they were in the fog all game long
You can tell from the gen of their troops, how other players behave with them and at the bottom how often people attack, if you know thaz someone is attacking them and see the dice there go from one to three alot than they probably realy were hit hard, just a few of the easy ways to tell.
Hey Pete, I just won my first 1v1! And it was against a Grandmaster in your Classic Diplomacy Settings! I couldn't believe it, but then I realized, how much effect watching every single Pete video had on me, until I got my PC running again. I am probably watching your since year now. I love your work, keep it up!
I always find it a bit funny how often forgiveness ends up being the correct play in this game if you want to win. I played a game on airship where I had an alliance with someone from the beginning of the game, they ended up betraying me when it went down to 3 players at some point and I forgave them because I could see they were trying to put themself in a winning position it just didn't work out, at some point i ended up overextending and almost died but the homie let me go and we went on to a stalemate, eventually to try and break tension from our 3 player stalemate I put a set into the other guy and the homie decided to self-destruct (possibly because the game had been like 3 hours or so at that point but I'd like to think he was being nice to me hehe) and fed me the win, made sure to give him second but I guess it goes to show that if you're homie enough people will sometimes go the extra mile for you XD
What a beautiful game. I've become a master since watching your videos and love seeing the way that you handle issues which I usually don't know how to handle. For example your dillemas at the beginning with switching positions first, your strategy for looking further and into taking Russia, and the way that you handled purple in the first few rounds. I'll do my best to learn from it. Thank you so much. And keep risking
On the question of TH-cam streams, I watch most shows; MMM, prog caps meta, negotiation game. The only videos I tend to not watch are classic/fixed Friday. I loved it when you done the stream on TH-cam around a month ago, as it’s more accessible than twitch for me, and the numbers showed that you’ve got a huge active following on here. If you were to do a semi regular (once every fortnight maybe) stream here on TH-cam, I think it would only grow your channel as it would give newer viewers a chance to see you live more often. Lots of love as always xx
Eh I felt a bit sorry for purpyboi. Bullied out the area they wanted to take, most people would have probably done the same thing an retaliated back like they did. I'd have probably given them second once both had botted simply as I'd have felt a little guilty.
Sometimes I give players a test of forgiveness and if they fail they end up placing lower all thing considered. But I agree they played their seat very reasonably
Red definitely doesn't watch The Kill Pete Strategy. He had the level 80 I-beam troop and was only an expert. If he did watch, he would be a GM by now!
8:46 is this not a great time to take orient ? Purple won’t really be able to break Pete if he takes orient. Pete can use orients troops to keep breaking purple
Well played as always Pete hopefully the game i played against a grandmaster a bit ago wasn't you o played terribly capping in the worst Germany pick towards scandi.
21k views 1k likes. part of it. takes a split second to like the vid no matter if you did or not. if you like Pete that should be the first thing you do each video
Pete's cap had a potential to cover russia middle east and south eastern, maybe even east europe. Plus it had great lines for the bottom of the map. Russia cap gives a more safe open, but Pete's cap has much more versatality. Greater perspectives for the future. Experience shows that existence of this kind of pocket at the noob corner pretty much assures the existence of bullshit that happened so it inplies that there is high chance rest of the map will be empty. You need to think about that if you are looking for ways to snowball the game and win quick - which is Pete's strat for these settings, as he mentioned plenty of times.
I watch every video except for the Monday show. For me its not the maps, but it's prog world dom. I find it far less interesting to watch and play myself. I'd for sure watch it if it was fixed with alliances if you revamp the project after!

Practice makes perfect with that one!
I’ve noticed that too I feel like it’s arguably Pete’s best skill on the meta settings
What fog? -Pete

Ah, purple suffered from the ol' bad neighbor diarrhea at the end. Poor lad, should have taken antibiotics at the start instead of stupid pills
Pete was actually the bad neighbour , purple's problem was they couldn't forgive
I'm the worst neighbour of them all!

Well done! Sounds like a satisfying win
Your strategy makes me remember a man who was very strong, but in reality he had a bad reputation. Carry on, legend
Great match! Red really shot themselves in the foot by breaking you!
I love the thing when red break you and you laugh 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Blocking those Spoilers.

14:13 I understand trying. It makes for more interesting content. Also what if it had worked.... I would have broken and kept purple off the +8 bonus.
and that's why his bot ends up with third
Here to boost the algorithm
Pete why not take the Kharkiv cap in russia? Is it because Dinarides is better late game and gives you early bonus control?
I rarely concern myself with the late game when choosing a cap.
I want to prioritize a t1 bonus
Red definitely doesn't watch The Kill Pete Strategy. He had the level 80 I-beam troop and was only an expert. If he did watch, he would be a GM by now!
Wow good catch!
The level thing and rank class don't prove skill 😂 he was ass regardless

Hi Pete!! how can i fast attack like u??
Click enter enter turn off camera animations
Funny. MMM is my favorite show of the week
I'm glad! I wonder what I'm gonna do on mondays in half a year!
I'm happy you have toned down on the swearing
GG Pete
How can you not love MMM?? I wonder if it's just because its a Monday that less people watch
😻😻😻 tbf sometimes the maps are weak?
personally I like when you cap in iceland. I think most of the viewers would like it a lot more and so would the algorithm. no iceland no win.
hahah
Could you make a third youtube channel and just use it for streaming so it doesn't affect your main channel's video?
32:16 Too bad modern games don't have your attitude to save themselves from going bankrupt
Why didnt you take Russia cap?
Pete's cap had a potential to cover russia middle east and south eastern, maybe even east europe. Plus it had great lines for the bottom of the map. Russia cap gives a more safe open, but Pete's cap has much more versatality. Greater perspectives for the future.

@MrPinkDino Thanks for clarifying and great analysis!
Every map with prog caps

Not all maps would be good for that but I can definitely see a subset where I try to find really good fixed maps
No pope for heace Mete Pan
Day 169 of asking Pete to oil up 🤤
What streak is going to break first? Billbo asking for this or my Duolingo? 😂
