I ended up purchasing the 56 to use for spring bear this year and fall bear, later this year I plan on picking up the 85 as well prior to deer season when needing the extra power and size for examining antlers on deer and in low light.
For the ELR or LR / target shooting crowd, Vortex screwed Razor spotter owners by issuing only a 22x fixed mag reticle etched add-on ranging eyepiece (for ranging in Mils or MOA - two versions), vs the Viper spotter that has an available 33x reticle ranging eyepiece. Thx, Vortex!
i got the Razor 22-48x65 on sale not too long ago for $750 and it works amazing. glassed doe and buck for about 6 hours on a hillside 1200 yards away during the summer.
How far away can you tell a 3pt buck with the 13-39? Can you still tell from about 1000yrds away? That's what I'm looking for just to make sure a buck is legal from its points at like 1000 to 1500yrds max

That’ll be a deadly combination!

It’s a great optic l!!
I’m a straight guy that prefers angled. Bino curious you might say.
Great review, a like the details provided for each scope..
Thank you!
Would love to see some video footage comparison all fully zoomed in on the same object at different distances
I’ll do this!
If I could only get one of those three I probably would go with the 65. It’s a value proposition.
Bingo!! Same here!
