Hi. New to your channel. I would like to ask if you did already or are planning to make a series about the business/sales aspects. Especially for us aspiring roasters and beginner. As someone roasting 40,50,60+ kg, how do you sell? Supermarkets, online orders, walk-ins. What is the hare of these? How do you commercialize your specialty coffees?
Thanks for the questions. I work as a production roaster for a company - the company isn’t mine, and I don’t do any of the sales/business aspects. I haven’t done a series about that, but maybe I would in the future. It would likely be more of an interview series to get insight from people who have actually started companies.
