Yeah, at 28:38. The racing then was very different from now. 1996 Cadalora managed a mediocre four rostrum finishes - but it put him third in the championship. There were really no one that could match Doohan. Fun fact: that year swiss rider Adrian Bosshard started eleven (11) races on a Honda Swissauto ELF 500 and finished only nine (9) oft them. Makes one wonder about the reliability of that bike - and of Bosshard.

It's clear though that Wayne obviously wasn't too fond of Kocinski. Barry was a lot more enthousiastic about john and the Cagiva. Then again: Kocinski didn't have a lot of friends out there in the field but he sure was a hell of a rider. One thing i learned here in this video which I never knew... Rainey almost went for a Cagiva-ride? Still think it's a shame Cagiva pulled out of MotoGP-racing after the '94 season just about as they were getting as good as the japs. I bet the Cagiva's could have scored lots of podiums in 95. One thing anyone has to admit: they gave us some of the most beautiful bikes ever to take part in MotoGP-racing.

Man I miss Barry ! Of course he’d be Crucified by the Propaganda Ministry these days because Barry spoke Truth with No Filter at all which is just what the Perpetual Adolescent Mentality of today can’t tolerate!🤣 It’s been fun listening to Wayne going from totally Ripping on JC to speaking out the other side as this one wound down. Great Days these were, 500’s brought Only The Best to the top unlike today where Everyone goes through The System of School-3-2MotoGP and there’s Zero opportunity for Privateers.
