Super glad I found this TH-cam channel! This video was great! I really like helpful tips videos like this one and I really appreciate how you give reasoning and very specific advice we can try out. Another video I recently watched is when you explained the importance of finding the right training shoe and a good way to do that.
You asked for video ideas well I have tons so I will just list them...
    - I would be curious to learn more about your football career. Also timeline/ how you transitioned into a sub 3 hour marathoner.
    - I would just in general like more videos of your training (unless this would impact the quality of your training obviously)
But even if filming more training would be inconvenient I would still like to hear more specifics.
Your speed interval sessions specifics and maybe some of your favorite sessions and why.
    - How often do you train solo vs a group and the pros and cons.
    - general advice for a beginner or somebody returning to running.
    - Foot strength training I have heard you mention that and also running barefoot. Do you do entire runs barefoot some days?
    - You have now run 4 marathons do you have any advice for a first timer? Any rules, or simple logistics or other general advice?
    - When do you eat before a hard running session? 2 hours before?
    - How often do you switch up your training style? Do you ever steal training ideas from your other running friends? Or do you stick to your own style.
    - Teaching us specific exercises you find helpful in the weight room would be cool.
    - Could you teach how and when you do strides? Fartlek? Also can threshold training be done without all the fancy blood sampling equipment? I guess I would just like to learn more about threshold training in general.
I am very aware I could just try to Google these questions but I am curious about your take. Anyways I figure it doesn't hurt to ask.

Great video! I’m definitely going to look into the WHOOP band. Do you think you could make video diving deeper into nutrition? Thanks and congratulations on your recent marathon.

Great Video. I was wondering if the massage gun could do the work of a foam roller - Thank you for clarifying and providing the answer. Keep up the great runs👍

As a runner do you include any weight training during the week! And if so, how often and how heavy? Thanks in advance.

I am a new runner, 3rd week in. I been running 5-6 days per week and I think I may have overdone it’s my legs are super tight right now and I get muscle fatigue at just 1-2km into my run.
Initially I would be out of breath first, now it’s my muscles giving out first…
I think I need to take a few days off? I am not sure, so just going through all the recovery videos now. Any help is appreciated on where to go from here.

I’m training for a half marathon and am having trouble finding a comfortable way to bring water with me on my runs. Do you use a phanny pack or other kind of belt for water? Love your videos man you definitely inspire to keep going!

It would be cool to see how you do an ultra marathon 50k or a 100k. Would definitely want to see how it turns out.

How long did it for you to be able build up the tolerance to run for so long ? Being able to run 10+ miles is my ultimate goal . After looking at your videos it’s crazy to think that there are people that can run forever. Your great man !!!

When I first started college, I met a girl who did 8-10 mile runs EVERY morning. I thought it was absolutely insane.
The human body is insanely resilient and made for running. You just need time and dedication!
