The Geometries of 3 Manifolds

Rendering lattices of spheres in each of the eight Thurston geometries, to give a sense of perspective. Simulated views are created by raymarching along geodesics. Part of this project: arxiv.org/abs/2010.15801

You don't show if this movement is on a straight plane or in a well defined direction along a coordinate and you don't show any coordinates or planes 😡
