This is really cool. I fall somewhere in the middle between right and left brained. I love art and I love words… so this may work for me. The only thing I’m afraid of is if my right brain tangos with my perfectionism quirk, I’ll be stuck trying to make sure eat cut piece of paper is even with the others. Lol. I’m still excited to try this out. Thanks, Dr. Markette.

I understand! Give it a try. Maybe tell your left-brain that you are making a mosaic and that the strips of paper are not meant to be "perfect". Please let us know here in the comments about your attempt!

@@DrMarkette I’ll try it on another project first and let you know at Residency how it goes. 🫣🤭

This is a fascinating concept to work on in Chapter 2. I am a more creative, hands-on learner, so this fits the bill. I may have misheard, but how did she do the data dump? is it her resources and topics she researched?

I wish I would have found this BEFORE I wrote the first 30 pages of my Chapter 2 but now I can look back over and add - I did mine similar to Kayla (no outline) Do I need an outline for each chapter? will it really help the flow for writing?

@shellycameron2127 Paying attention to the rubrics within each chapter is the first step. Yes, we do recommend using an outline, but it is MOST recommended for the Review of Lit. We have other videos that provide timeline recommendations for the other chapters of the proposal, so be sure to check those out.

Kayla did a great job! I'm sure there are many others who will benefit from her model. Glad it helped!
