It’s funny because Vinny says everyone is scared and too emotional but he is the most emotional in the group, it’s not that they don’t talk to him because they are scared of him but they know he over reacts to everything and then if he doesn’t like what you say he holds a grudge about it unless it comes from k or ramee and that’s why everyone would rather talk to k and have him talk to Vinny.

So what was just described in this video is the foundation of organizational communication and structure. You can have a degree in this field. Its why there are cascading meetings. Pushers meet with lieutenants and then lieutenants meet with K and filter what is important or what they can't handle. You essentially have layers of people with different levels of authority to remove roadblocks for issues that occur.
Cant have levels of authority with OG people like Vinny and Ramee tho, especially the former...he malds and threw his weight around too much
Yep, that structure would help greatly with this crew. The one small, minor little problem is that in this case Ramee and Vinny would be the lieutenants, and they have shown their ability to relay K's orders.

Pigeon is another one that got away from Vinny. Vinny verbal/emotional abuse towards Pigeon was personally triggering that I stopped watching Capped. lol / Anyways Pigeon is a great example of someone that has his own thing, but still contribute to the gang.

Vinny needs to only have a couple people with keys or just himself to somewhere that you guys can keep things and then he can fill up the normal spot every morning or etc. And if they don't know about the spot he keeps it then he can just say he's gonna have it grown by morning.. they dont need to know he's got a pile stocked up. The OG ordering needs brought back. That can explain why some people have keys to the storage places and everyone else gets stuff from the warehouse ❤❤❤
The calling things "daddy K" shit or "snitching to K" is dumb to listen to. K is the leader, everyone is supposed to give him info and money is supposed to work back to him.
