Watching Coach Prime with his messed up foot sitting down and standing up woth the team.with that big ass smile on his face is everything. There is so much love in that room and it helps explain why they have been successful so fast. Its all genuine.

The story of Coach Prime turning this team around so quickly is the marquee story in D-1 football this year. Players from all over the US want to play for him. His team is only going to get stronger. This football program reminds me of coach Boone and Remember the Titans movie. He built that team from the ground up. It was uncomfortable in the beginning until they started winning and having fun with it. Good job Coach Prime and your entire staff.

I love how coach Deion (Prime) is fellowshipping with his young men , this is very fun and respectful good times , and I believe getting to share more with each of their teammates on a more personal level and creating a family atmosphere ,is in fact creating a special culture, the stuff legends are made of . So yes ,way to go coach!!!!!!!!

Haven't played since my last year in high school. That was over 40 years ago and I still miss it. I played another sport in college and even professionally. It was great, but there is nothing like the camaraderie of football.

It is a doggone shame that coaches are hating on this man. His kids are confident and have pride. Having been behind the scenes of a college sports program, you don't get that you're dealing with kids from poverty, with mental health issues, single parent backgrounds ,etc. It is so much more than winning games. It is very obvious that this head coach knows that marketing, partnering and face recognition can change a program. I bet you cash money that Dan Lanning can't have that effect on Eugene ( if Phil Knight was dead and gone). In short - give that man his roses! No one has done what he has done , and it likely won't happen again in this lifetime.

When I first read about Deion Sanders leaving to coach Colorado, I didn't like his abandoning his team. I didn't like the way he handled new players coming in, I didn't believe his statements about what he was all about. I was wrong. He has walked the walk and followed through with rebuilding a broken team. As is noted, he is bringing something special to college football at a time when we all need something special to encourage us. I think his players will benefit and improve as solid men when the graduate and fans will appreciate the spirit they bring to their school. What a joy to see players laughing with their coach, and 2-0!
