I did it with the help of the red blocks, and there's a Super Skills video with 4 players achieving it.
But I wonder if you can do it without the red blocks or multiplayer.

Also the wall jump glitch in 3-4 happened because I changed it's acceleration on the way back. There's a heap of red blocks and a weird starting path because you used to be able to activate still and tracks also can't go through the red blocks, activated or not
