You know, after seeing the make-up tutorial vs the filtering on TikTok, the "harsh line" on your cheeks isn't really as noticeable. Everything mellows out, and if you did a "normal" make-up style, it would probably get lost. To be honest, it was a bit surprising to see at first because how most people dp their make-up outside of cosplay, but costuming and theater always has its own style. And I love that your make-up is very stylized, so viewers can pick you out from other cosplayers. Unique is never bad. ❤️
To be 100% honest you have actually influenced my make up style a lot including the more drag style and cutting the bronzer and blush instead of making it look as natural and I love it so much more 😊
16:00 I'm kinda glad those haters made you add this step because the moment you cut the contouring with the foundation the WHOLE makeup changed. I LOVE dramatic contours SO MUCH. Love the chiseled face. Especially for your male characters when you do that aggressive contouring it is just PHENOMENAL. Fucking love it.

I appreciate deeply that you drew attention to the order in which to apply setting powder, crease cutting, and how you apply eye liner and shadow as someone with hooded eyes. I tend to struggle with makeup application, and which order each steps go in. As a cosplayer starting my own channel, this is very helpful. I also have hooded eyes, and I feel lost trying to learn how to apply eyeliner. I tend to go for masculine makeup, but the steps are similar.
The fact that i bought that exact stuff animal and my parents got mad at me this made me feel so much better knowing that I’m not the only one who “wasted” money on it:D
E.L.F. makeup removing balm gets that eyeliner off like a dream!! I use the black version of it daily, a long with Milani waterproof mascara and falsies. The balm not only removes the waterproof everything soooooo well, but it also seems to moisturize that sensitive skin around the eyes.

Hello! Professional makeup artist here! - For the Nyx White eyeliner, you need a makeup remover with oil in it, or just some skin product with oil! This will break down the product and make it much easier to remove!:)
Currently in the early stages of making an extravagant Princess Daisy dress heavily inspired by your new peach dress. So this was helpful as I love your iconic makeup and want to do something similar when my cosplay is finished
I KNEW IT!! i love that nyx eyeliner. but an additional note; it gets in you eyelashes really really easily, and can kinda hurt to remove if you don’t have a good makeup remover, like ken mentioned. the black in that same eyeliner has that same issue, and can make applying mascara kinda funky.
If you want a good cheap powder cody airspun. I used to do heavy special effect makeup and that powder held up really well and you can get it for less than 5 dollars. Love your content, hope this tip helps.

Ken is the ONLY other person I know who has the same eye shape as me so this tutorial is AMAZING 🥰🤩, I see so many hooded-eye tutorials but (like Ken) I have an extra flap in my inner corners and loads of lid space so the make-up tuts just don’t suit me, my style is also very extravagant Basically, I’m gonna be wearing white liner with my personal style of ‘huge alt liner’ to make a new eye shape - THANK YOU KEN, I LOVE YOU AND YOUR COSPLAYS XXX
I've never seen anyone with hooded eyes do makeup, mainly because I'm not looking for makeup tutorials. I'm not trying to do big looks, I'm very basic. But seeing that you have them too, makes me happy in some weird way.

ok it’s been like 30 seconds more but i am LIVING for you applying makeup with your fingers, mostly cuz one of my friends acted like it was a sin that i a) applied and blended concealer with my fingers and b) apply tinted moisturizer with my hands a la sunscreen

Cat ears as a makeup headband is such a cosplayer thing to do, and tbh they’re better than regular headbands designed to be makeup headbands
