I think this is Marianna sending the text. If it was Elias, he would have sent it to Lari's phone, not his own phone. However the text and the "dream" are the same message. Perhaps Lari is dreaming that he had a "dream".
Elias is dead, but this a soap - welcome to some extrasensoric! His spirit/ghost communicates through modern devices. The idea is most probably taken from real life stories. Internet is full with these kinda stories where people claim their dead loved ones communicate with them through phones.
